What type of photography do you shoot? How long have you been in business?: Wedding Photography, 4 years

When did you first join the Kraft & Jute family?: About 2 years ago!

What steps did you go through when creating your packaging? Any advice to photographers beginning to use packaging?: Oh, boy. It has been a long process for me to create my packaging. I'm pretty sure I've changed my packaging at least two or three times now, but I can finally say that this fits me so well. I focused on my interests, and the types of colors or designs my ideal client would like (i.e. me,) and just sort of went from there. My biggest shred of advice for others would be to focus on what you like, and the image you want your clients to perceive upon seeing your packaging. This packaging should speak of your heart.

Why do you feel that packaging is so important to your brand?: Packaging is crucial to our brand. It is the only thing (outside of the images) that our clients will have the potential of keeping for a lifetime. When they see our packaging, they see our value. It is always the little things, and packaging contains a lot of little things.

Name your favorite Kraft & Jute packaging product that you can't live without.: This is tough. Only one? The lace lined burlap USB holder would have to be the packaging product that I couldn't live without. It's just so perfect!

Best advice that you've ever been given in your photography career?: The best advice I've ever received in my photography career would most definitely be: "know who your ideal client is." Once we know who our ideal client is, we can start targeting the proper markets to network with. It just makes networking, and business life in general, so much easier.
