Experience disappointing

I used to order frequently from this site for my photography needs. I stopped for a few years as I had frequent bad experiences that ended up requiring me getting a refund on an order that never came after waiting forever for it. I ordered a USB. One item. And it took nearly a month to receive. I reached out to request an update. No one responded, but I ended up with my product shortly after my inquiry. No where does it state they have long shipping times and the lack of customer service was unfortunate.

Shipping Issue

LOVE your products however I think you should consider putting your products in a plastic bag and then putting them in the shipping box. I live in Florida and we get a lot of rain. My last shipment was in a cardboard box and left at the gate. Luckily I saw it before a big storm hit otherwise the tissue paper would have been damaged. If everything was wrapped in plastic, it wouldn’t have been an issue.
