I have been ordering from Kraft & Jute for my business, for 5 years. I recently spent close to $100 on a few thumb drives- which I never received. USPS said the package was delivered but I use their “Informed Delivery” and never saw that the package was on it’s way. I asked Kraft & Jute if they could help and they told me to go to my local post office. I went to 2 different post offices and they said the seller could make a claim to be reimbursed for the lost package. I told this to Kraft & Jute and asked if they could do anything to help me…But, they have been unresponsive for 14 days. I’m disappointed in the customer service I have received and mostly the lack of communication on their part. These thumb drives are expensive and for my small business $100 is a lot of money…I have been a loyal customer for years now and have never had an issue but am disappointed in the companies lack of regard or willingness to help with my claim.
This was our second time ordering a batch of USB drives. The order took 7.5 weeks to receive. She split it up in two shipments to get me some while she waited for the rest from her supplier. That was nice. However, once I received the remaining 11, they were all corrupt. It took multiple attempts to get a response each time. Finally, she responded saying she’d have a new shipment the following week and would send replacements. Over 2 weeks later I followed up. She quickly after finally sent the replacements. 5/6 STILL don’t work and are corrupt. This is a ton of wasted time, money and frustration. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I just wanted to share our experience. Hopefully you have better experiences!
